Areas of Practice

My practice  is primarily civil in nature, i.e., non-criminal.  It  includes such matters on real estate, (deeds, title issues, etc),  contracts, business, commercial,  construction, collections, probate  (wills, trusts, estates, guardianships, conservations, adoptions, etc),  domestic/family (divorce, child support, custody, etc.), personal  injury/automobile accidents, arbitration, and the general practice of  civil law.
